Condominium are normally rented on a monthly basis. Occasionally, weekly
and annual rental contracts are available.

• PRICING:
Condominium pricing ranges from $450 to $650 depending on the
season.

• RESERVATIONS:
Since rental fills up quickly and in order to hold a booking, a $100 US dollar deposit is required. This said fee will go towards the monthly rental payment. However, is the prospective tenant fails to show up, the $100 deposit is forfeited.

• DEPOSIT:
A deposit of up to $200 is required for long term rental. The deposit is refunded once the tenant vacates the unit, less any utility charge or damage fees.

• HOW TO PAY:
Preferred form of payment is Paypal, US check or cash..

• DEPOSIT and RENTAL:
